📋 Description

  • Lead accounting, reporting, and compliance across APAC.
  • Own regional month/quarter/year-end closes and consolidation.
  • Ensure US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting.
  • Oversee statutory statements, audits, board reporting, filings.
  • Manage intercompany, transfer pricing, and currency matters.
  • Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury on new entity setups.

🎯 Requirements

  • CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent
  • 10+ years in multinational accounting/controllership
  • Experience leading APAC finance across multiple jurisdictions
  • US GAAP, IFRS, consolidations, intercompany
  • Statutory audits and compliance across jurisdictions
  • ERP platforms: Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
