Oversee regional and global Internal Audit projects and report to London/New York managers.
Drive strategic direction and execution of the risk-based Internal Audit Plan.
Lead global audits across strategies and business reviews with the Global IA Team.
Support the annual enterprise risk assessment process.
Execute internal audits identifying risks and test mitigating controls.
Collaborate on consulting engagements and ad-hoc analyses requested by Management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
10+ years’ experience including Big 4 accounting and financial services.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English required; Asian languages a plus (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean).
Motivated self-starter with strong project management and leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
