📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members
• Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC
• Provide technical direction/training to other technicians (as needed)
• Assist with vendor quality management
• Perform move-in/move-out inspections

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities/building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Comfort with physical activity (able to move heavy equipment and machinery)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
