📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and teammates
• Own the property budget; drive revenue and financial goals
• Oversee leasing and maintenance; ensure legal compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales, customer service and asset management
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years leading a team in competitive sales and customer service
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Knowledge of property mgmt systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
