📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Oversee property operations, budget, revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitate leasing activities, revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• General understanding of financials and budgets
