• Lead all aspects of property performance as CEO of your community
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant operations, or
• 2+ years of community management or multifamily leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
• Experience managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and achieving operational goals
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports and performance metrics
