📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for property budget, revenue growth, and financial goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance teams, leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in sales, customer service, and asset management in property management
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years leading a team in competitive sales and customer service
• Proven leader able to mentor and coach a diverse group
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
