• Lead, coach, and develop a team of leasing and maintenance professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, preferably
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
• Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
• Strong sales mindset with demonstrated success using metrics and performance data to achieve
• Working knowledge of budgets, financial statements, and operational reporting.

• Expected salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity.
