🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally within property
• 2+ years of leadership experience within property management.
• Proven success leading teams in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
• A passion for developing people, building teams, and creating a positive workplace culture.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance, manage budgets, and drive results.
• Demonstrated success using sales strategies, metrics, and performance goals to achieve business
