🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, preferably in property
• 2+ years of experience leading a property management team.
• Proven success managing people in a sales and customer service-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction through
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.

• Expected salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity.
