📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance team, leasing activities, revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales, customer service, asset management (property mgmt preferred)
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property mgmt
• 2-4 years leading a team in competitive sales environment
• Proven leader with coaching skills
• Experience with sales processes and metrics
• Understanding of budgets/financials
