• Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members while fostering a culture of

• Own property performance, including budget management, revenue growth, occupancy, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
