🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Apartment Community Manager overseeing the operations, financial
• Proven experience leading and developing onsite property management teams.
• Strong background in customer service, sales, resident retention, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.
• Experience using property management platforms such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
