Apartment Groundskeeper - Overton Rise

📋 Description

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community, including walkways, parking
• Pick up litter, sweep, blow, and pressure wash as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and assist with dumpster area upkeep
• Monitor the community daily and report maintenance or safety issues
• Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing signage, and
• Help prepare apartments for move-ins, including basic cleaning and trash removal

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a porter, groundskeeper, janitor, or maintenance assistant preferred
• Strong job tenure and a track record of reliability and attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Physically able to walk the property, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods
