• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and
• Identify each prospect's needs and present the apartment home, amenities, and lease options that
• Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospective residents through the
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR's leasing systems.
• Create a positive experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience
• Demonstrated success meeting sales, leasing, conversion, or revenue goals
• Experience following a sales process and guiding customers from initial interest through close
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills
• Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology
• Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends. The anticipated schedule is
