📋 Description

• Follow AIR’s sales process and maintain prompt, consistent follow-up with active prospects.
• Schedule and conduct engaging community tours that demonstrate the value of Burano Hunter’s Creek
• Build and manage an active prospect pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Use AIR’s approved CRM, property-management platform, communication tools, and AI-enabled leasing

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced
• A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and following a defined sales process.
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to understand and address current and future
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Comfort learning and using CRM, property-management, communication, and AI-enabled leasing tools.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule during community office hours. Hours may include weekends
