🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a
• A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, revenue, or other measurable
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from understanding their needs and presenting
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills.
• The ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining timely and consistent
• Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology.
