• Follow AIR's sales process; follow-up, tours, close leases.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year sales and customer service in fast-paced settings (PM/ hospitality/retail)
• Proven success in goal setting and following a sales process
• Excellent customer service for current and future residents
• Flexible schedule including weekends; office hours vary
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
