• Manage the leasing journey from initial inquiry through signed lease, providing responsive and

• Convert prospects through prompt follow-up, confident objection handling, and clear next steps.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals while delivering an exceptional customer
• Maintain an organized pipeline, accurate leasing records, and expert knowledge of apartment
• Partner with community teams, support marketing efforts, and assist other AIR communities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment such as
• A demonstrated ability to build relationships, follow a sales process, and meet or exceed
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with a commitment to delivering an
• Availability to work Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Hours may vary
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to support other AIR communities as needed.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
