• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospects, scheduling and conducting
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Contribute to community marketing and outreach efforts
• Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as property
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours, including weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation
