• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and
• Identify each prospect's needs and confidently present the apartment home, amenities, and lease
• Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently close prospective residents on their next
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR's leasing systems.
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a
• A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, or revenue goals.
• Experience guiding customers through the sales process from initial interest through close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology.
• Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed. Hours may vary by
