• Lease apartments onsite at AIR communities and meet monthly goals.
• Follow AIR's sales process; follow up with prospects and conduct tours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to AIR communities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year sales and customer service in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule during office hours; Mon/Wed–Sat, 10am–6:30pm.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
