📋 Description

• Onsite Leasing Consultant for AIR community in Raleigh, NC.
• Follow AIR sales process; conduct tours to show the community.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals; deliver customer service.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing and Fair Housing compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and variable hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
