📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports
• Provide service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance incl vendor relationships
• Handle preventive maintenance, turns, and service requests
• Communicate maintenance needs to management
• Ensure compliance with AIR procedures and EH&S

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical maintenance/facilities in property mgmt
• 1-3 years leading a service/maintenance team
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule incl evenings, weekends, on-call
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment
• Read/write/speak English
