📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
• Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment
• Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Partner with community leadership to identify maintenance priorities, capital needs, and asset
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenses while maintaining exceptional quality and resident
• Maintain compliance with AIR Communities operating standards, safety protocols, and applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance and facilities management experience within multifamily housing or a
• Previous experience leading and developing maintenance teams
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, preventive
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance operations
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
