🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance, facilities management, or related property maintenance
• Previous experience leading and developing maintenance teams
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general building
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
