🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of maintenance and facilities management in property management
• 1-3 years leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (1 week/month)
• Comfortable with moving heavy equipment and machinery
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
