• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals while fostering a positive and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of maintenance and facilities management experience within the multifamily
• 1-3 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams and driving exceptional customer
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and maintenance materials as needed.
