• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team
• Drive resident satisfaction through responsive service and quality workmanship
• Oversee maintenance operations (preventive maintenance, apartment turns, vendor management, work

• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, contracts, and resources

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance, facilities management, or related experience
• 1+ years leading maintenance teams
• Proven skill in work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, vendor management
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call
