📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, service staff
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure issues are addressed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
• A reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Comfort with physical activity moving heavy equipment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
