📋 Description

• Lead and develop a maintenance team.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and fellow team members.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, service team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the multifamily
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in maintenance, facilities, or customer service environments.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including moving equipment and
