📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Oversee property maintenance: vendor mgmt, staff, maintenance, turns
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management
• Ensure compliance with AIR procedures, regulations, EH&S
• Manage budget to maximize ROI and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in maintenance/facilities mgmt in property mgmt
• 1-3 years leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule incl evenings, weekends, on-call (1 wk/mo)
• Comfort with moving heavy equipment and machinery
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency
