• Provide excellent service to residents and assist the team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities/building work.
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies.
• Comfortable with physical activity to move heavy equipment.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
