Apartment Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for move-in.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• May train other maintenance techs and share technical skills.
• May help manage vendor quality and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team, systems, and season.

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented problem solver who fixes things right the first time
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction in each interaction
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/on-call; reliable transportation
• Able to read, write, and speak English; comfortable with physical activity
