• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks and on-call
• Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours
• Comfort with physical activity, able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
