Apartment Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete apartment turns for new resident move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Provide technical direction and training to other technicians.
• Assist with vendor management and move-in/move-out inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years maintenance experience in facilities or building environment.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for on-call emergency response.
• Comfortable with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
