• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to be move-in ready.
• Perform resident-requested repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other maintenance technicians and share skills.

• Tasks vary by community needs and season.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
