📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare for move-in.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance, including plumbing, basic electrical
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• Assist with managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environment.
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call
• Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency calls.
• Comfortable with physical activity, able to move heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
