Apartment Maintenance Technician - Burano Hunters Creek

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns according to AIR standards to create outstanding move-in experiences
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC
• Complete service requests efficiently while maintaining high quality workmanship
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed
• Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts when assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities, facilities
• Demonstrated skills in at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, emergency call coverage, and
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency response when scheduled for on-call duty
• Ability to safely lift, move, and work with maintenance equipment and materials
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
