📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in readiness
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace components involving plumbing, electrical systems
• Complete service requests accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed
• Support vendor management and quality control efforts
