📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• May train other maintenance technicians; support skill development.
• May assist with managing vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team/season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years maintenance experience; facilities/building environment preferred.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
