📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep for move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team needs, systems, and season.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
