📋 Description

• On-site maintenance at Thornton, CO community.
• Use AIR tech to prioritize tasks and resolve requests.
• Turn apartments for move-ins and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Provide guidance and training to fellow Maintenance Technicians.
• Support vendor quality and may perform move-in/out inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, on-call.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies.
• Able to move heavy equipment and perform physical work.
• Read, write, and speak English.
