📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete apartment turns to prep units for move-in.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Train and guide other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• Help manage vendor quality and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Adapt tasks based on skill, systems, and seasonal needs.

• Detail-oriented problem solver; fixes things right first time.
• Customer-focused; strong work ethic in a fast-paced env.
• Eager to use technology to assist residents.
• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends/on-call; reliable transport.
