• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete apartment turns for the next move-in.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Complete resident repairs with general direction.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
