📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns to AIR standards, creating an outstanding move-in experience for new
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance with a focus on quality and
• Provide technical guidance and support to fellow Maintenance Technicians as needed
• Assist with vendor coordination, move-in/move-out inspections, and property upkeep

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing, facilities
• Proficiency in at least two skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and materials
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
