📋 Description

• Provide excellent resident service and assist team.
• Complete basic apartment turns for move-in readiness.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Train other maintenance techs and share skills.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by community needs and season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for emergency service requests.
• Comfortable with physical activity moving equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
