🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call
• A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after
• Comfort with physical activity as need to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
