Apartment Maintenance Technician - Preston Reserve

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR's process for basic apartment turns.
• Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team skill and community needs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (monthly).
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call.
• Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
