Apartment Maintenance Technician - Preston Reserve

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members
• Follow AIR's process for completion of basic apartment turns to prepare apartments for move-in
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (e.g., troubleshoot and repair/replace
• May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians
• May assist with managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call
• A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
• Comfort with physical activity, able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
